  Recently joined innovation gym ,as id been training in another gym locally for the past year ,while they wouldnt let me out of my other contract for a period of time ,paul let me use innovation at half price as he didnt want me paying double leading up to christmas time ,innovation gym has everything you could possibly need , its gym floor is massive way bigger than the rest of gyms in area and his equipment is really heavy duty and correct for all body types,there is a great vibe in gym and his coaching and managing of gym are excellent ,ive been to gyms all over ireland and this is a gem of facillity ,thanks very much Paul and staff

  I've been too other gyms around the place and this certainly been the best choice I've ever made ,i had an imbalance that no other trainer had noticed which was slowing my results big time,after we got it corrected ,my running and weight loss his a lot easier , a big thanks to paul
